ITINERARY

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, the tour will depart towards the city center of downtown Quito or “Centro Histórico”, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1978.

We will visit one of the city’s famous produce markets, here we will be joined by one of the city’s top chef’s, he will give us a complete insight on the different herbs, fruits, produce and different meat cuts used in local cuisine. We will buy fresh ingredients and will go to the award winning Nuema restaurant for a cooking lesson followed by a 6 course tasting menu. Return to the hotel.
