DAD IBE

After a 10 minute boat ride from the `domestic airport` “Mamitupu”, you will visit a true small tropical paradise. This private island features, a small beach, a restaurant (left on the photo) with delicious seafood and only 3 nicely decorated cabins. The cabins have a private bathroom, a little porch in front and a balcony in the back to relax and enjoy the views of an un-inhabited island, the open sea and the mountains on the mainland. “Dad Ibe”, which means “the sun” in Kuna language, is located near the community Ailigandi.

In this typical Kuna village you can observe the Kuna culture, maintained traditions and typical clothing.
