We will surrender to the magic of Cusco exploring the Sacred Valley and discovering the Lost City of the Incas: Machu Picchu. A memorable Inca experience. And an adventure day hiking the 7-Color mountain-Vinicunca and the Humantay Lagoon.
DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: Arrival in Lima
Arrival in Lima, meet and greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel for overnight.

Half day city tour of modern and colonial Lima
Today we tour through Lima’s streets and plazas. Starting at the Love Park in Miraflores and then heading to the Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial center of the Lima culture. After this, we go on to the Main Square, the Government Palace, and the Town Hall. We will visit the Cathedral and explore Santo Domingo Convent. Afternoon at leisure or visit our optional tours section for suggestions.

DAY 2: Lima
Afternoon half day tour to Larco Museum & Magic Water Tour
Free morning to continue exploring the city on your own and go shopping in malls and craft markets.
In the afternoon, we will visit the spectacular Larco Museum, which is considered one of the main attractions of Lima. Then, we will take a break to enjoy a drink made of Pisco in a traditional tavern in Pueblo Libre to later head to the Park of the Reserve to enter the Magic Water Tour.

DAY 3: Lima / Cusco
Afternoon combined tour of nearby ruins and Cusco
Transfer to the airport and flight to Cusco. Upon arrival transfer to hotel in Cusco. In the afternoon, we will start our Imperial Cusco city tour visiting the Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park. Then we will continue to explore Q’enqo, the Puma shrine and Tambomachay and its sacred fountains of life and Puca Pucará watchtower.
After this, we will visit the Korikancha temple, Inti God shrine, on which the Santo Domingo church was built. We will continue to the Main Square to visit the Cathedral.

DAY 4: Cusco / Sacred Valley
Day tour of Sacred Valley with lunch
The Sacred Valley of the Incas will welcome us today. We will visit Awanacancha, a complex where we will see and feed the Andean llamas and alpacas, and where the locals will show us the weaving and dyeing techniques of their traditional textiles. We will then continue to Inca and Colonial Pisac. Walking tour to the colonial town. Time to do some shopping at the handicraft market. Then, we will head to the impressive Inkariy Museum.

DAY 5: Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu
Day tour to Moray, Maras & Ollantaytambo with lunch & train service to Machu Picchu
Our adventure journey takes us now to less explored treasures of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. First stop: Moray, a place with breathtaking views and Maras the millenary colonial salt mines. Buffet lunch. In the afternoon, we will head towards the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo. Here we will board the train at the Ollantaytambo station for our ride to Aguas Calientes. We will arrive in Aguas Calientes where our trained staff will welcome and assist us on getting settled in one of the hotels in Aguas Calientes (now, Machu Picchu Pueblo).

DAY 6: Machu Picchu / Cusco
Day tour to Machu Picchu ruins with lunch
We will board the bus to go up the winding road to Machu Picchu, amid a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will astonish us with its terraces, ceremonial shrines, steps, and urban areas. Energy is all around us. After a guided visit, we will have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. At the arranged time, we will return to Cusco and will be transferred to the hotel.

DAY 7: Depart Cusco
At the arranged time we will go to the airport to board your flight to your next destination.

Important:
Saturday PM and Sunday AM Lima’s Cathedral is closed; we will visit instead MAP museum (Lima’s Art Museum).
Mondays the Magic Water circuit is closed. We offer instead visit to Barranco “bohemian” district.
