DAY 1: Arrival in Lima

Arrival in Lima, meet and greet at the airport, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2: Lima

In the morning we will learn about Peruvian cuisine, the exquisite fusion between Peruvian ingredients and diverse world-renowned techniques. We begin visiting a typical Peruvian market and a restaurant, where we will learn how to prepare a delicious Peruvian Ceviche and Pisco Sour. Lunch.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a city tour of Lima by night through the Historical City Center, Miraflores, “Parque del Amor” and Barranco. Return to hotel.

DAY 3: Lima

This day you have the option to extend you stay in Lima for additional days and continue discovering Lima on your own or join one of our optional tours (See Optional tours section). Or, at the arranged time we will go to the airport to board your flight to your next destination.

DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arrival in Lima

Arrival in Lima, meet and greet at the airport, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2: Lima

In the morning we will learn about Peruvian cuisine, the exquisite fusion between Peruvian ingredients and diverse world-renowned techniques. We begin our tour in Lima, visiting a typical Peruvian market. We will be witnesses of the variety, freshness and colors of the different products that our country has to offer. We will continue our tour visiting a restaurant, where we will learn how to prepare a delicious Peruvian Ceviche and Pisco Sour – the national drink. Finally, we will delight our palates with a traditional lunch in a local restaurant.

In the late afternoon, we will depart to enjoy a city tour of Lima by night through the Historical City Center and the cosmopolitan districts of Miraflores and Barranco. We will begin our adventure downtown, where we will be able to appreciate the most representative buildings, especially lit. We will continue to the district of Miraflores with a stop at the “Parque del Amor”, whose main highlight is a sculpture dedicated to lovers made by the renowned Peruvian artist, Victor Delfin. The park is surrounded by an undulating wall where you can read romantic verses of the most famous Peruvian po Meals: Breakfast, lunch
