ITINERARY

DAY 1: Arrival in Mendoza

Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. In the evening, we have dinner at one of the most renowned restaurants of the city. Meals: Dinner Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 2: Mendoza

Mendoza has excellent wineries and an important olive oil industry that we will taste during this tour. During this excursion we enjoy a picnic lunch at Altavista Winery’s garden. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 3: Mendoza

Today we explore the Uco Valley wineries. During the tour, we visit three emblematic wineries and enjoy a delicious lunch paired with wines of the region. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 4: Mendoza / Salta

Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Salta. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we take a walking tour of the city. Dinner at Jose Balcarce Restaurant. Meals: Breakfast, dinner Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 5: Salta

Today we go on a tour to the Province of Jujuy and visit the magnificent of Humahuaca Gorge. Meals: Breakfast Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 6: Salta / Cafayate

Departure to Cafayate visiting De Las Conchas Gorge. After arrival, we visit Piatelli Winery where we take part at an empanadas cooking class. Later have lunch, accompanied by a delicious Torrontés wine. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 7: Cafayate / Buenos Aires

In the morning we visit the Vine and Wine Museum and Finca Quara. We enjoy lunch, made with regional products. We visit the Cafayate Gorge en route to the airport for flights to Buenos Aires. Arrival in Buenos Aires, reception and transfer to hotel. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 8: Buenos Aires

In the morning, we visit the most emblematic places of the city and enjoy lunch at some pizzerías. At night, we get to know San Telmo neighborhood through its food. We try the typical dulce de leche (kind of caramel), Argentine wines and we have dinner at a traditional family restaurant. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 9: Depart Buenos Aires

Free morning. At indicated time, transfer to the airport for your flight to your next destination. Meals: Breakfast

DAY 1: Arrival in Mendoza

DAY 2: Mendoza

Mendoza has not only excellent wineries, but also an important olive oil industry, so in this tour we taste both delicacies. During the excursion, we have a picnic lunch at the Altavista Winery’s garden. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 3: Mendoza

Today we explore the Uco Valley wineries. The climatic conditions in which the vine is cultivated make this area one of the preferred by wineries. During the tour, we visit three emblematic wineries and we enjoy a delicious lunch paired with wines of the region. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 4: Mendoza / Salta

Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Salta. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, the city awaits us to explore Salta on a walking tour through its streets, churches, colonial buildings and the Museum of High Mountain Archaeology (MAAM). Dinner at Jose Balcarce Restaurant, dedicated to high-altitude cuisine. Meals: Breakfast, dinner Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 5: Salta

Today we go on a tour to the Province of Jujuy and be able to admire and be surprised by the magnificent of Humahuaca Gorge, Cultural and Natural Heritage Site. Meals: Breakfast Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 6: Salta / Cafayate

Departure to Cafayate visiting De Las Conchas Gorge with its curious formations – consequence of wind and water erosion. After arrival, we visit Piatelli Winery where we participate at an empanadas cooking class. Later have lunch, accompanied by a delicious Torrontés wine, icon of the city. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel

DAY 7: Cafayate / Buenos Aires

In the morning we visit the Vine and Wine Museum and then reach Finca Quara. We take part in the guided visit and enjoy lunch, made with regional products. At the end we visit the Cafayate Gorge on the way to the airport. Arrival at Buenos Aires airport , reception and transfer to hotel. DAY 8: Buenos Aires

In the morning, we visit the most emblematic places of the city and while we enjoy the tour, we stop at some pizzerías to have lunch, tasting this gastronomic tradition from Porteños. At night, we get to know San Telmo neighborhood through its food. We try the typical dulce de leche (kind of caramel), Argentine wines and we have dinner at a “bodegón” (kind of traditional family restaurant). MENDOZA OPTIONAL TOURS

MENDOZA CITY TOUR

We will start the tour visiting the Foundational Area, the oldest side of the city. The following place will be Independencia Square, situated at the main point of down town considering the location of other nearby squares. We will continue the trip visiting the General San Martin Park, which is one of the most important artificial parks in Argentina, not only for its huge extension but also for the proximity to the city. Actually, it has 307 green hectares, 17 kilometers to go, and 821 hectares in expansion. We will finish the trip visiting the Cerro de la Gloria’s Monument, which has an amazing and panoramic view of the city. At the end of the tour, return to the hotel.

WINE TOUR EXPERIENCE IN UCO VALLEY WITH LUNCH (3 WINERIES)

The mountains and the beautiful landscape of Valle de Uco prepare our senses to experience the distinctive flavors and aromas of altitude wines. EXPERIENCE COOKING CLASS AT WINERY WITH LUNCH

A private cooking class by the chef of the Bodega Restaurant. The class begins in the organic garden of the winery, where the vegetables and fruits necessary for the elaboration are collected. The activities of the class are: elaboration of breads, of empanadas criollas (dough, stuffing, repulgation), preparation of humita, preparation of vegetables to the embers for salads, preparation of the roast and desserts to the fire. The duration of the class is approximately 5 hours, and includes the lunch prepared by the participants with the wines of the winery.

BICYCLE TOUR THROUGH VINEYARDS IN VISTALBA- LUJAN DE CUYO WITH LUNCH

A fun and original way to tour the vineyards and wineries, as well as discover the picturesque wine region of Luján de Cuyo. The objective of this activity is to enjoy the open air of new experiences, to cycle on the vineyards of three wineries, to learn on the guided tours and to taste the recognized wines, all this in the classic postal frame of the vineyards and the mountain. To finish the tour after the third visit will be completed with a light lunch.
