ITINERARY

DAY 1: Mendoza

Horseback ride during the twilight Arrival at Mendoza. Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, after a security talk, we start the horseback ride, crossing Mendoza Piedmont, passing by places of outstanding beauty. After an hour and a half, we return to the to the base, where we enjoy a creole dinner paired with wines from Mendoza. Return to the city of Mendoza and hotel. Meals: Dinner Overnight accommodations at selected hotel Hotel Huentala or Hotel Amerian Executive (Four Stars) Hotel Sheraton Mendoza or Hotel Park Hyatt (Five Stars)

DAY 2: Mendoza

Trekking to Aconcagua We leave in the morning, to go towards the highest peak of the continent – the Aconcagua. At the Office of the Forest Rangers, we begin the path that leads to Horcones Lagoon at 9.678 FASL and end at Confluencia Camp at 11,154 FASL. We have lunch (box lunch) and rest. Return to Mendoza and hotel. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel Hotel Huentala or Hotel Amerian Executive (Four Stars) Hotel Sheraton Mendoza or Hotel Park Hyatt (Five Stars)

DAY 3: Mendoza

Biking Tour in Lujan de Cuyo Today we enjoy Lujan de Cuyo’s vineyards in an original and fun way. We visit Nieto Senetiner winery and Vistalba wineries. The tour ends in Bodega Clos, where we enjoy a lunch paired with wines. Distance traveled by bicycle: 7.6 miles Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel Hotel Huentala or Hotel Amerian Executive (Four Stars) Hotel Sheraton Mendoza or Hotel Park Hyatt (Five Stars)

DAY 4: Mendoza / Uco Valley

Uco Valley Experience This exclusive tour provides us an excellent wine day. Today we visit wineries located up to 4,900 FASL, which gives the wine unique attributes. We start by visiting Salentein Winery where, in addition to tasting its wines, we visit Killka, an space destined to the exhibit and sale of work of renowned local artists, national and foreign. Its schedule consist of four annual exhibits, one per season, unique in Mendoza. We continue through Domaine Busquet winery, which is characterized by producing high quality organic grapes. We have lunch at Andeluna and we are taken to a lodge in the Uco Valley. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Resort or Casa Petrini

DAY 5: Uco Valley / Mendoza

Morning at leisure to enjoy the activities offered by the lodge. At due time, transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to your next destination. Meals: Breakfast

Detailed Itinerary

DAY 1: Mendoza

Horseback ride during the twilight Arrival at Mendoza. Reception at the airport and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we move to the base from which our first adventure begins. After a security talk, we start the horseback ride, crossing Mendoza Piedmont, passing by places of outstanding beauty. After an hour and a half, we return to the base, where we enjoy a creole dinner paired with wines from Mendoza. Return to the city of Mendoza and hotel. DAY 2: Mendoza

Trekking to Aconcagua We leave in the morning, to go towards the highest peak of the American Continent: The Aconcagua. After 3 hours of travel, we arrive at the Office of the Forest Rangers, where we process paperwork to enter. There begins the path that leads to Horcones Lagoon (9,678 FASL) reaching after an hour the Hanging Bridge over Horcones River. Entering the Park, we arrive at Confluencia Camp, at 11,154 FASL. We have lunch (box lunch) and rest. Return to Mendoza and the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, lunch Overnight accommodations at selected hotel Hotel Huentala or Hotel Amerian Executive (Four Stars) Hotel Sheraton Mendoza or Hotel Park Hyatt (Five Stars)

DAY 3: Mendoza

Biking Tour in Lujan de Cuyo Today we enjoy Lujan de Cuyo’s vineyards in an original and fun way. We have lunch at Andeluna and we afterwards we go to the selected lodge in Uco Valley. MENDOZA OPTIONAL TOURS

MENDOZA CITY TOUR

We will start the tour visiting the Foundational Area, the oldest side of the city. The following place will be Independencia Square, situated at the main point of down town considering the location of other nearby squares. We will continue the trip visiting the General San Martin Park, which is one of the most important artificial parks in Argentina, not only for its huge extension but also for the proximity to the city. Actually, it has 307 green hectares, 17 kilometers to go, and 821 hectares in expansion. We will finish the trip visiting the Cerro de la Gloria’s Monument, which has an amazing and panoramic view of the city. At the end of the tour, return to the hotel.

WINE TOUR EXPERIENCE IN UCO VALLEY WITH LUNCH (3 WINERIES)

EXPERIENCE COOKING CLASS AT WINERY WITH LUNCH

A private cooking class by the chef of the Bodega Restaurant. The class begins in the organic garden of the winery, where the vegetables and fruits necessary for the elaboration are collected. The activities of the class are: elaboration of breads, of empanadas criollas (dough, stuffing, repulgation), preparation of humita, preparation of vegetables to the embers for salads, preparation of the roast and desserts to the fire. The duration of the class is approximately 5 hours, and includes the lunch prepared by the participants with the wines of the winery.

BICYCLE TOUR THROUGH VINEYARDS IN VISTALBA- LUJAN DE CUYO WITH LUNCH

A fun and original way to tour the vineyards and wineries, as well as discover the picturesque wine region of Luján de Cuyo. The objective of this activity is to enjoy the open air of new experiences, to cycle on the vineyards of three wineries, to learn on the guided tours and to taste the recognized wines, all this in the classic postal frame of the vineyards and the mountain. To finish the tour after the third visit will be completed with a light lunch.
