DAY 1: Mendoza
Arrival in the city of Mendoza, reception and transfer to the selected hotel. Free time and in the afternoon we start our gastronomic evening. We leave the city and head to Clos de Chacras, important winery for its architecture and the history of its founder, pioneer in winemaking. After a tasting, we continue to the Olivícola de Club Tapiz, where we take part in a tasting of olive oil. Our gastronomic tour ends in El Terruño, restaurant where we have dinner.

DAY 2: Mendoza
We dedicate our day to sparkling wines. We start our experience visiting Cruzat Winery, specialized in the Champenoise method: the procedure for making a sparkling wine used in the Champagne region.
We make a wine tasting direct from the tanks, tasting three different sparkling wines. Later, we visit Chandon and Norton wineries. In both of them, we make a historic tour to finish with the tasting. The tour ends at Séptima Winery, where we have lunch, while we taste sparkling wines and light wines.

DAY 3: Mendoza
This high-level tour is designed to enjoy and share an excellent wine day. Today we visit wineries that are located up to 1.500 MASL (4.921 FASL), which gives the wine unique attributes. We start by Salentein Winery where, in addition to tasting their wines, we visit Espacio Killa, an space destined to the exhibit and sale of work of renowned local artists, national and foreign. Its schedule consist of four annual exhibits, one per season, unique in Mendoza. We continue through Domain Bosquet Winery, characterized by producing high quality organic grapes. Finally, we drive to Andeluna Winery, where we have a lunch. Return to Mendoza and your hotel.

DAY 4: Mendoza
Mendoza has excellent wineries, but also an important olive oil industry, so this tour is the perfect combination of both. We start by Don Manuel Villafañe Winery, focused on the production of grapes, harvested in small and exclusive vineyards. We continue to an olive grove where we make a tasting of oils and delicatessen products (olive paste, dehydrated tomatoes accompanied by homemade bread).
Our next stop is the Luigi Bosca Winery, which has remained in the hands of the founding family. Finally, we visit Altavista Winery, considered a historical heritage of Mendoza, since it has not stopped functioning in a century and where we appreciate the coexistence of the old and the modern. We enjoy our lunch in the garden of the winery. At the end, return to the city to go to the airport for your flight to your next destination

Day 2: The Sparkling Wine Experience is available from Mondays to Saturdays.
Day 3: The regular Uco Valley Experience operates on Thursdays and Sundays. Salentein Winery and Espacio Killka close on Mondays.
Day 4: The regular Wine and Olive tour is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
